DOMINI VENETI PINOT GRIGIO DELLA VENEZIE DOC
|
THE TERROIR IMPACT ON STYLE
How it translates into your glass: Drastic day-to-night temperature shifts ripen the grapes, allowing them to achieve classic pear and citrus profiles while preserving the natural acidity. This balance yields a refreshing, lively palate that never feels heavy. A quick, gentle press and cool stainless-steel tank fermentation preserve the unadulterated essence of Pinot Grigio. The result is a vibrant, floral, and highly expressive wine defined by pure fruit. |

DOMINI VENETI MARCO POLO GARGANEGA
|
THE TERROIR IMPACT ON STYLE
How it translates into your glass: The volcanic and limestone clay found on the hillside sites gives the Garganega grape a deep, savory weight and a distinct, flinty mineral character. Steep hillside sun exposure ripens the grapes, yielding notes of golden peach and wild herbs, while cooling evening breezes preserve the freshness that keeps the wine completely balanced. Fermenting and aging entirely in stainless steel tanks protects the fruit flavors. Giving the wine time on its lees builds a rounded, smooth mid-palate texture that finishes with a classic, dry touch of bitter almond. |
Origin: Veneto, Italy

DOMINI VENETI MARCO POLO APPASSIMENTO ROSSO
|
THE TERROIR IMPACT ON STYLE
How it translates into your glass: The hillside limestone soil forces the vines to dig deep roots, adding structural elegance and a subtle mineral backbone, while the dense clay contributes body, deep color, and rich weight to the wine. Warm daytime sun fully ripens the native grapes, packing them with deep, dark fruit flavors, while cool mountain night breezes lock in a crisp, vibrant acidity that keeps the concentrated wine refreshing rather than heavy. Through the traditional appassimento process, grapes are dried for 60 days, dehydrating the fruit and intensely concentrating the sugars, acids, and flavors into notes of cherry jam and raisin. Subsequent oak aging rounds out the texture, introducing velvety tannins and layers of sweet vanilla and warm baking spices. |
