This month, we’re inviting you to discover just how different rosé can be with three expressions from Argentina, Italy and France. From the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza’s Uco Valley to the sun-soaked hills of Abruzzo and the iconic vineyards of Provence, each bottle offers a unique interpretation of this wonderfully versatile style.
As you taste, look for the differences in colour, aroma, texture and acidity. You’ll discover everything from vibrant red-fruit flavours and savoury freshness to delicate florals, tropical fruit and elegant minerality.
Most importantly, there are no right or wrong answers. Taste, explore and discover what you like.
Your wine journey starts here.

Relatos del Callejón Sangiovese Rosé

Picture

Origin: Vista Flores, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina

Variety: "Sangiovese" (san-joe-VEH-zeh)

About the wine: Located at high altitude, the vineyards benefit from intense sunshine and cool nights, creating ideal conditions for Sangiovese to develop vibrant fruit flavours while maintaining freshness and acidity. Early harvesting retains the grape's natural high acidity and results in low sugar content. Gentle crushing and pressing ensure minimal tannins and produce a beautiful pink-hued wine. A cool fermentation in stainless steel vessels locks in fresh strawberry, cherry and floral notes. It spends a short period in contact with fine lees (dead yeast cells), adding body and texture to the wine.
This rosé showcases the grape in a bright, elegant and refreshing style, highlighting its versatility beyond its traditional Italian roots.
SERVED BEST AT: Cold (7 – 12 °C )

IDEAL PAIRINGS: Ceviche, grilled seafood, fresh salads, sushi, grilled chicken, charcuterie, light pasta dishes.

WINE PROFILE: Fresh strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, with subtle floral notes, lively acidity, and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Recommended if you like: Dry, fresh, and fruit-forward rosé wines with bright acidity.

Talamonti Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rosé

Picture

Origin: Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo, Italy

Variety: "Montepulciano" (mon-teh-pool-CHAH-no)

About the wine: The region’s warm Mediterranean climate, combined with cooling influences from the nearby Apennine Mountains and Adriatic Sea, helps the grapes develop ripe fruit flavours while maintaining freshness. Cerasuolo means “pale cherry,” reflecting the wine’s characteristic vibrant pink colour and expressive red-fruit character derived from brief contact between the grape skins and juice followed by a quick and gentle press. Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation preserves fresh primary fruit notes of raspberry, blackberry and sour cherry.
SERVED BEST AT: Cold (7 – 10 °C)

IDEAL PAIRINGS: Sardines with olives and capers, grilled octopus, Pizza Margherita, tomato-based dishes, grilled chicken and charcuterie.

WINE PROFILE: Bright cherry, strawberry and raspberry, with subtle floral notes, refreshing acidity, savoury finish

Recommended if you like: Dry, vibrant rosé wines

White Tropez AOC Côtes de Provence Rosé

Picture
Picture
Origin: Côtes de Provence, Provence, France

Variety: "Grenache" (greh-NAHSH), "Cinsault" (san-SOH), "Syrah" (Sear-ah) and "Rolle" (rohl)

About the wine: White Tropez is an elegant Côtes de Provence rosé from Domaine Tropez, made from a blend of Grenache (contributing body, red fruit and spice to the blend), Cinsault (adding floral notes and refreshing acidity), Syrah (delivering color and spice) and Rolle (injecting tropical and stone fruit and minerality).
The vineyards are located on hillside parcels with sandy schist soils, while night harvesting helps preserve the grapes’ freshness and aromatic character. Gentle, low-temperature pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and aging on fine lees create a refined, silky, rounded texture with vibrant fruit, minerality and refreshing acidity.
SERVED BEST AT: Cold (7–10 °C)

IDEAL PAIRINGS: Grilled fish with vegetables, herb-crusted pork loin, Mediterranean salads, sushi, light pasta dishes and Asian-inspired cuisine with aromatic or spicy flavours.

WINE PROFILE: Mango, passion fruit, white peach, subtle floral notes, with a silky texture, crisp acidity, delicate minerality and a long, elegant finish.

Recommended if you like: Dry, fuller-bodied, complex rosés.
